This infrastructure is rigorously curated to parse and validate complex chemical names, multi-source synthetics, and international E-code mappings. When an ingredient is detected, our matching logic maps the string through complex synonymous relations to its root component, determining its fiqhi origin (e.g., matching "E471" instantly to "Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids" and flagging its potential non-Zabiha animal origin).
